Which option is right for me?
Single lesson
Great if you'd like to see how lessons feel, need help with one topic, or prefer to book as you go.
10-hour pack
Better value if you'd like regular lessons. You pay £360 upfront, which works out at £36 an hour, and use your 10 hours over 5 months.

Cancelling or moving a lesson
Plans change. Here's how we keep it fair for everyone.

24 hours or more
Cancel or move a lesson for free, as long as you give at least 24 hours' notice. You can do this from your account, from the link in your lesson emails, or by messaging Claudia.

Less than 24 hours
If a lesson is cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed, it counts as a lesson taken (£40, or one hour from your pack).

Emergencies
If something unexpected happens, such as illness, just tell us as soon as you can. Claudia will always try to be understanding.

If Claudia needs to move it
If Claudia has to cancel or move a lesson, we'll rearrange it with you at no cost. If we can't find a new time, you won't be charged, or the hour goes back into your pack.

How long does a pack last?
Pack hours are valid for 5 months from the date they are added to your account. Hours not used by the expiry date lapse. Your account always shows when they expire.
How to pay
Choose a single lesson or the 10-hour pack and Claudia will send you the payment details after your intro call. You can pay by bank transfer, Revolut or PayPal. We never take card details on this website.

Is the intro call really free?
Yes. The intro call is free, lasts 15 to 20 minutes and comes with no obligation.
How long is a lesson?
A standard lesson is one hour. If you'd like a different length, just ask.
How does the 10-hour pack work?
You pay £360 upfront for 10 one-hour lessons, which works out at £36 an hour. The hours are valid for 5 months, and you book lessons when they suit you within that time.
Can I use a pack for more than one subject?
Yes, hours in a pack aren't tied to one subject.
What happens if I don't use all my hours?
Hours that are unused after 5 months expire, so we suggest booking lessons regularly. If life gets in the way, talk to us early.
Can I switch from single lessons to a pack?
Of course. Many people start with a single lesson and move to a pack once they know it's right for them.
